Hi, I’m Bryna! I began practicing yoga to a Rodney Yee DVD as dry land training with my swim team. I took my first yoga class in a studio — a hot yoga class — during high school when CorePower Yoga’s Minneapolis studio opened. I was exhilarated by the physical challenge, heat, mental clarity, and the in-person instruction. I completed CorePower Yoga teacher training in Minneapolis and began teaching there.
I have since practiced, studied, and taught in Portland, the Bay Area, Hawaii, and Seattle. While yoga continues to be a great physical practice, studying alignment and the intention of the postures allows me to find a deeper connection to my practice. I strive to ‘get comfortable in the uncomfortable’, cultivate joy, courage, and presence. I hope to provide a welcoming environment where students find challenge and calm.
I currently teach and lead teacher trainings in Seattle and serves as Area Operations Leader for CorePower Yoga in Seattle and Portland.

Hi, I’m Jessica! I took my first yoga class over 20 years ago and was instantly hooked. As my practice grew, so did my desire to deepen my connection with my spiritual path and the yoga community.
The moment I walked into CorePower Yoga I knew I was where I belonged. I started working at the studio in exchange for discounted yoga classes and dove deep into my yoga practice. I knew I wanted to learn how to share my passion with others.
I left my career and completed my 200-hour teacher training in the summer of 2014 with CorePower Yoga at the Ballard studio. The teacher training program literally changed my life! I am definitely happiest when teaching yoga.
